Define - this can include starting with high level Functional outlines to align processes to organisational goals. Or, it can start at a more tactical level with the discovery and mapping of a single process. After a process is designed, our Professional services group helps organisations turn the process map into a workflow ready for deployment through Workflow Connect or Workflow Automation.

Deploy - To complete the implementation, we integrate the process with the existing IT infrastructure and perform any required data migration

Test - We test and validate the solution and take it into production at all times ensuring that what is delivered adds value at every step as well as ensuring the robustness of the business process. At all stages the customer is intimately involved and a well planned knowledge transfer to the customer occurs at set intervals in accordance with the project plan.
